Misdiagnosed the problem, took pump back to shop to repair. When reinstalled made problem worse. Was not able to resolve issue. Had to cancel service and go to third party for resolution.

SINCE I HAD SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO MAKE THIS A 2 TRIP VISIT, I WAS UPSET AND CALLED TO GET MY BILL REDUCED. AFTER A FEW CALLS, THEY FINALLY KNOCKED $55.00 OFF MY BILL. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAD NO TROUBLE, NOW AFTER THE HASSLE, I WOULD PROBABLY USE SOMEONE ELSE, IF I COULD FIND ANOTHER GOOD COMPANY.

THE HOT TUB IN OUR NEW HOME STOPPED WORKING. THE TEMPS OUTSIDE WERE FREEZING AT NIGHT. THEY HELPED ME LOCATE A HIDDEN RESET BUTTON OVER THE PHONE WHICH RESTARTED THE HEAT/FILTER AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
