Sean Brew, CEO, has been very responsive to all my requests and concerns.  He is reliable and dependable.  He makes sure his crew does the job as promised.  One of the most amazing things Sean did was recommend a tree cutting service.  We had 3 very large trees that needed to be taken down due to rot.  We had contacted somebody recommended by a neighbor.  When Sean came to talk about lawn maintenance, I happened to mention that I had to retain somebody to remove the trees.  Sean recommended another company who did the job for over $1,000 less.  They were fast, efficient, and removed the trees without any damage to my property.  They cleaned up thoroughly.  I couldn't have been more pleased.  21st Century not only does a great job, but Sean clearly knows the best resources in the area for work that his company does not do.  I trust him completely.

My townhouse's backyard looked post-Apocalyptic. I called 3 top rated landscapers and told them I wanted something really easy to maintain in a very shady yard and didn't want to spend more than $2000.  Two came and didn't have any interesting ideas and thought it would cost $2200 or more.  The third would only come for a fee to give a design, so I dropped him.

My neighbor was using 21st Century and they did a lovely job. Sean came over and looked at my back yard. He came up with a design on the spot that fit my needs and that I and others love. With the new customer discount, and including work in the front yard and power washing, the whole thing was much less than the others for the back alone. My only quibble is they didn't always respond to emails promptly.

Received several quotes, 21st came in low, and performed great work. Started and finished on schedule, and all work in contract was completed. I am very happy; this is the 2nd time I've used them, and plan on using them for the future.
