Because the project was unconventional in nature and the design changed as the project went along, we had some unexpected problems to overcome. Jeff was always flexible to these unexpected hurdles and provided ideas on how to overcome them. He showed true interest and his positive can-do attitude reflected in the work he and his employees performed.

I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.  You always hear horror stories when it comes to hiring a contractor but Mallard Exteriors did an outstanding job.  They came out the day I called them to see the damage and the next day they had my cost estimated for me.  The repair began and was finished the day after I gave them my deposit.  The employees were very polite and careful not to damage my bushes that were in the way.  I am very pleased with their work.

Good work, but it took several phone calls to get the work done.
