The team took it in and made the repairs on the spot. They were friendly, courteous and took care of a simple problem (simple for them) right away. I will definitely use them in the future, even just to replace my old pocket watch batteries without scratching the cases.

The movement was partially frozen and he had to remove all the old oil. He replaced it with new oil, touch-upped the base and regulator and did a test to make sure it was running okay. He delivered it to my house and set it up. No problems as of today.

Mr Stephens came to my house at the scheduled time and restarted my clock. He thoroughly explained how to do it and the background as to why that method works. He was very courteous and professional. Patty back in the office is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Stephens and Stephens for clock service.

I have had two antique clocks repaired and refurbished by Mr. Stephens and two more awaiting in his shop. His work is very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work on either clocks or watches of any variety. He can also repair damages to woodwork or framing of the clocks. | Please understand that he does have a large backlog of jobs so please understand that it will take a while before he will get around to any new work that you bring in.

Mr. Stephens responded quickly to my phone call and came to my house within the week. He arrived on time and and repaired the grandfather clock that morning. He took the mantel clock to his store to repair and had completed it the next day. Both clocks are running well now and I am very pleased with Mr. Stephens work, expertise and will definitely use his company again.

THE GRANDFATHER CLOCK WAS CLEANED AND OILED. THE MIDDLE WEIGHT WAS FIXED. WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PERSON WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE TO WORK ON THE CLOCK. HE SAID I DID NOT NEED ANOTHER CLEANING FOR FOUR YEARS. (MAYBE HE SHOULD GO INTO DENTISTRY! HA!)
