This report was required for the sale of our home. Our real estate agent coordinated thier services for us. She arranged the date they came to the house (within the week) and secured the price. It was quick, easy and painless.

Donna and her sales/service supervisor James Foley are terrific. You deal directly with Donna, who owns the company, when you call for an appointment. She will accommodate your schedule. James did an outstanding job at my house; he explained everything to me. He was there for about an hour. He didn't hurry through the job. He sprayed outside of the home. Inside he used traps. He knew I had a cat in the home and was careful with the traps he used. I was thrilled that after one treatment, I didn't see another ant. Unfortunately, with new construction going on in the neighborhood, the ants are back this spring. I just called Donna, she is sending James over.
