IMHO. Showed up late. Refused to measure or take pictures outside because it was cold. Insisted on including pictures of my children while taking pictures of my home. Used comps that were over 6 miles away in a different and substandard subdivision. Claimed he couldn't get into the military because of his eyesight. Unfamiliar with Eastern Shore. Appraisal came in 100,000 less than one done 2 years prior. Would never recommend. Complaint filed with VA.
