Great. Came out for an initial assessment right away and put a temporary fix in place free of charge, until he could schedule the final job the following week. Pricing was very reasonable and work was done well.

Called Gene's Plumbing in the evening of 11/15/2017 and left a message on the answering machine explaining the problem. Expected not to get a response until the next day. However, someone called me back within an hour. I explained the problem and that we had turned the water off to the whole house. The person I spoke with said someone would be out the next morning, probably around 9am. At 8am on 11/16/2017, Steve showed up. The problem was assessed immediately as to where the leak was and what had to be done. A copper pipe in the ceiling of the laundry room, that led to the upstairs bathroom, had a pin hole. It was soldered to stop the leak. I was pleasantly surprised that someone came out so soon. This has not happened with previous plumbers I have contacted. We were told exactly what the problem was without having expensive resolutions suggested (again, as I had experienced with previous plumbers). We were able to turn our water back on and have not seen any leaks since.

Excellent! We have used Gene's Plumbing for over 20 years! We started with Gene and now his son Steve. They are always timely, pleasant, honest and very reliable. They have installed and repaired over the years most plumbing issues for us from gas fireplaces to leaky pipes. This review is written after a plumbing emergency, to which they replied quickly, and fixed our problem. Highly recommend!

Prices way too high from all. Gene's plumbing was a lot different in price. Far, far more reasonable. Said he has done a lot of them. I'm a believer. Great job, great price. Thank you Angie's List.
