+ -1 moreCalled Gene's Plumbing in the evening of 11/15/2017 and left a message on the answering machine explaining the problem. Expected not to get a response until the next day. However, someone called me back within an hour. I explained the problem and that we had turned the water off to the whole house. The person I spoke with said someone would be out the next morning, probably around 9am. At 8am on 11/16/2017, Steve showed up. The problem was assessed immediately as to where the leak was and what had to be done. A copper pipe in the ceiling of the laundry room, that led to the upstairs bathroom, had a pin hole. It was soldered to stop the leak. I was pleasantly surprised that someone came out so soon. This has not happened with previous plumbers I have contacted. We were told exactly what the problem was without having expensive resolutions suggested (again, as I had experienced with previous plumbers). We were able to turn our water back on and have not seen any leaks since.
Description of Work: On the evening of 11/15/2017 I noticed that one of the water pipes that run to the second floor was leaking. The water was coming out and into our laundry room at a steady enough rate we had to turn the water off.
