He planted several trees for me, which were left unplanted for days in my yard with just canvas around their root balls. They dried out and when they were finally planted, they were dying or dead. He said he would replace them but never did. He came up with a number of excuses and then just ignored all contacts.

We hired Paradise Landscaping to line our long driveway with trees (nine total). We selected the kind of tree and purchased them through Michael. His prices for labor and materials were reasonable. We got the size tree we asked for, all good quality and all in good condition. He and his crew arrived on the day he said they would and finished the job in a very timely manner. The crew dug the holes, planted the trees, created watering "moats", and mulched around them. They hauled off the grass clumps that were removed from where the trees went into the ground, raked around the finished plants, and also cleaned up the area around each one with leaf blowers so there wasn't excess "dirty grass" around each tree.
Michael and his crew worked with very good attention to detail. I had marked (approximately) where I wanted each tree to go, and Michael measured and eyeballed the rows of trees to ensure uniformity in the row, even having his crew move one tree over slightly to keep them in proper sight line.
Michael left us with details instructions regarding proper watering of the new trees. We have not a single negative comment to report on the work Michael and his crew from Paradise did on this job, and we plan to hire him for more landscaping work in the future.

The team showed up on time and removed all the ivy, which is more complicated than it sounds because the previous homeowners had allowed the ivy to get very overgrown and there were also a few seasons worth of leaves and some rotted wood mixed in with the ivy. The ivy is gone, so we are very happy about that. The only thing we would look to improve upon would be communication with the customer. There was a last-minute switch up with the dates, and all of the communication once the estimate was signed were through very short emails.

These guys are great!. My yard hasn't looked this good in some time. Michael was actually here himself working along side the crew. The job was thorough, clean and complete. Very impressed!

Relatively cheap for all the work done, far cheaper than other estimates received. Not cheap on quality and service. Michael went out of his way to make our yard beautiful again. Punctual, professional, honest, hardworking, etc. I cannot recommend him enough.

When I called for an estimate, Michael came out the very next day. His estimate was quite fair compared to landscapers we have used in the past. He was able to get the work scheduled just a few days later. The team was prompt and efficient and most importantly, the work looks great. We have let the yard go over the last 18 months and the team quickly made the yard and beds look amazing. We have already recommended Paradise to several colleagues and neighbors.

We chose Michael (Paradise) because of the three estimates we got for work, his was the best price and had the most detailed estimate quote. We could tell from the estimate that he had really understood what we wanted done and had covered everything in the quote. He and his team showed up when they were supposed do and did an incredible job clearing a very messy, overgrown slope bordering some woods at the back of our yard. Several shrubs needed to be moved from other parts of the yard to prepare for another large upcoming project.They moved them to the hill once it was cleared and then mulched everything in. A job that would have taken my husband and me several days was completed in a few hours - and looked a heck of a lot better than what we could have accomplished!
Michael will also be returning to lay a paver patio sometime later this Fall; I expect we will see another A+ job from him and his crew then.
