Terminix - Glen Burnie - Baltimore City

The customer service has been the worst I have experienced with any company in the past decade. The intial techs were professional and very good, and the mice disappeared. HOWEVER, the mice are now back one year later and no one will return my calls or send a tech out. I have spent countless hours on hold, have left several voicemails, have called the local and national office lines dozens of times, and have spent hours calling or speaking with Executive Services which promised to resolve my problem which began several weeks ago. Prior to this situation, I had experienced good service from this Terminix office for many years. However, this latest experience has been excruciating, infuriating and downright disappointing.
