 + -1 moreI had one of their beds before, and needed a new bed, and so I went to them, and bought one that was a little upgraded from the one before. The bed is working out excellent, and the customer service was really good.
Description of Work: I used Sleep Number. They sold me a bed and delivered it.

 + -1 morePoorly. See above. I got rid of the bed, and my new "regular" mattress and box spring are great.
Description of Work: Delivered and set up a sleep number bed. The bed was worthless. My back hurt more in that bed, at any setting, than in any other bed I've ever slept in. Moreover, if I want Select Comfort to try to fix or improve it, the cost started at $600 just to come for a first visit. Don't buy a Select Comfort bed!
