This was a long time ago when our girls were home and in high school.  They're married now and have made me a grandmother.  They're just really good and we've been going to them since, I would say 1987.  The first one we took in, he felt that there was rust underneath of the front end, that there was rust and he didn't recommend buying it, and so we didn't.  Then the second one we took in, he felt it was a good car and it really was.  Other than the normal maintenance, it was a safe car for our kids and it ended up to be a really good car.  She took it to college with her and then after she got married, she still had it.  It lasted a long time.  It turned out to be a really good deal.

When our children were home, we went there to see if he felt like a used car was a good buy or not.  If he said no, then that was it.  They're honest.  I think when it comes to car repairs, that's one of the most important things, that they're honest and they don't tell you that you need something that you don't need.

The service was perfect.  He used some new electrical tape that has pepper in it that helps prevent the chipmunks from chewing the wires again.  We called and they had us bring the car in right away.  They brought us home from the shop has they had to keep the car overnight to do the repairs.  The next day the car was ready and they called us to come pick it up.  They are very honest and do not try to up sell us on anything we do not need.  We have even come to them to look at cars we have thought about purchasing to make sure they were in good condition.  They have always given us good advice so we find them to be trustworthy and reliable.  We dread the day they talk about retirement!

RPM is, simply put, the best automotive repair shop around. My family of four has been taking all our cars to Ron and Kathy Ellis for many, many years now and we wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else. And we've some pretty unusual problems. Our biggest one involved a brand new Honda Accord with an infernal rattle. We took the car to the dealership where we bought it eight (yes, eight) times in 5 months to have the rattle and quot;fixed.and quot; The dealer never fixed the rattle despite all these visits. We finally gave up on the dealership and decided to let Ron try his hand. Within minutes of dropping the headliner, Ron called and said he had found the problem: no insulation. The dealer had dropped the headliner, too, and Ron could not explain why the dealer could not see what was an obvious problem. After a year and half of h***, our problem was solved and has never returned.
This is only one of many problems Ron has found and fixed for us. Ron is completely honest and ethical as well as highly skilled. He never tries to sell us something we don't need, he treats our cars as if they were his own and shows the same concern for our safety as he would for his own family. RPM's prices are excellent and their work is always done quickly as well as professionally. They can do most work and for the few things they are not equipped to do, Ron and Kathy will recommend a good place to go.

They are very reliable and very honest. In 20 years, we have never had to go back to have a service adjusted or performed again.
