to the midwest and a smaller one from MD to the west coast. Moving
can be very stressful and when there are two moves at the same time the
stress is doubled. Perry teams were patient, thorough, timely, diligent
and hard working. There were no surprises, delays, damages, nothing went
missing, nothing got mixed up in the two moves. Thank you Perry team
for your patience, professionalism and hard work.
I was laid off on a Wed and was able to arrange a pack up, move out and a storage of my belongings all in one stop. The best part I needed to do all this the next Monday and they were able to accommodate me with no problems. Being retired Military I have dealt with my fair share of movers and this is by far the best I have came across. They are a local company, but they said they can deliver as far away as Texas, which is where I will probably land. That part we will see. The storage was extremely reasonable at $40 a vault which is 1000lbs and if you have looked into stowage places you will know this is a great price. They even covered the large pieces in moving blankets and then plastic wrapped them prior to taking them out to the truck, very impressive. I know the furniture will be in far better condition than they came up here in. Any Military looking to move on the east coast these are the people to use.
***Update*** Not all was as it seemed. After it was all said and done I noticed the movers had put a large set of stereo speakers in the laundry room with several other items in front of them. I thought it odd but was just glad to be done at that point. Several weeks later when I got to the point of setting up the stereo I discovered why. They had broken the foot off one of the speakers and hidden the damage by putting it there. They did an overall great job, but this incident speaks to the integrity of the team and company. Inspect everything!
