Horrible job. Floor was NOT clean ( I cleaned myself again after they left and the water was still dirty) and the grout color sealer could have been done better by my 7 year old. In fact, she came in after they were done and pointed out half a dozen spots immediately that were done poorly. I should have had her check their work, not my husband! There were many lines of grout completely missed and the ones that were done were not done well. They tried to tell me that the dark stripes along the tile was the tile itself, not the dirty grout they failed to cover with the color sealer. Sealer is on the floor in some places that I still can't remove it no matter what I use. They young guy who did most of the work listened to rap music while working and my kids were around. Not professional. Using earbuds is a recommendation. He charged me very liberally for my square footage, and even charged me for the whole square footage of my large island. He said it was harder to go around it than actually do it. Well, with their workmanship I would agree. Horrible. I will never use him again and have told the person that sent him my way to never recommend him again.

No so great. Grout was repaired to a fair degree. Caulking was done poorly, color not confirmed with me before application [tan against white tile was used, looks dingy]. I wasn't given a chance to chime in. Caulk around fiberglass tub pulling away after less than a year because tech would not follow my suggestion to fill the tub with water before applying. He said he 'never has a problem with that', but how often does he go back to a jobsite months or years later to see how the work holds up? To be honest I would have preferred the work not have been done vs what they did. Caulk is a pain to remove.

The workman was very pleasant, worked quietly, and did an excellent job. He did more recaulking work in and around the shower than we had requested, but did not charge us more money to do the additional work. We highly recommend this service provider.

They came a little late and left a little mess on the tiles that was hard to remove but overall great job, fairly priced and George was very responsive. We had to turn this project around in a short time frame and he was able to squeeze us in on short notice.

Ok. Late showing up and left some small holes in the walls above the tile from trying to get the old grout out. Left smears of grout and chunks of grout on cabinets, tub and floor.

I hired them to clean and repair grout and to do some caulking. First off my tile is a mocha color and they used bright white caulk, looked horrible. Then they did not do a good job cleaning the excess grout after they were finished. I had to go to work and left my wife with them while they finished. Talked to George about the color mismatch and he agreed to caulk again if I provided the caulk. They came out and caulked again and left without cleaning the left over grout on the shower floor. After I had the cleaners clean the shower we noticed that they missed and entire section. I have left numerous messages and they will not return my call. I would have a hard time recommending this company!

Went really well! However the technician forgot a few tiles and I am waiting to hear back from George to let me know when they will be able to come back. They did a great job, I just wish they were more proactive about fixing their mistake.

I am very satisfied with the work provided by Mr. Klean Grout. The owner, George Saunders, came to my home and gave me a reasonably priced estimate. He sent Josh to do my kitchen and bathroom work, and Josh did an excellent job.I would highly recommend this company.

Team was punctual, thoroughly explained the project and set out to work. Job was completed within an hour. Samples were done for 4 different stain colors. At the advice of the tech, we held off on moving our fridge back until the next day, absolutely no problems. Stain looks great.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the original sales visit but the job went downhill from there. The first tech who came to the house regrouted but said he did not have the equipment to replace tiles. The second techs came to replace broken tiles and left a mess with the new tiles sticking up and uneven. We almost tripped over them. When I called George, he responded after several days and many calls. The third tech he sent replaced the tiles that had been incorrectly replaced and told me I needed to get the floor regrouted and he would do the job for another $80 even though regrouting was what I had originally asked George to do AND I had paid up front !Now I need to get the floors regrouted again and pay more than the original estimate! Beware .

Mr. George showed up on time to give estimate. He went over everything that would be done and gave me a reasonable quote. The day the work started the tech was on time and spent many hours doing the job. Late in the day Mr George came again to check the work. He had another tech come the next day to finish the job. Everything looked great!!

Very personable. Workers very professional. Arrived on time. Took the amount of time that was estimated. The only reason that I did not give them a "A" was because they could not cosmetically repair a number of tiles that had small chips and little cracks in them as we were led to believe they could by the salesman/owner. With the one tile that was in the middle of the floor that was severely damaged now replaced and the grout re stained, the floor does look significantly better.

The owner of the company, George, came & gave me an estimate. I agreed on price even though I thought it was high. The Valpak ad claimed "Best in Baltimore."
At completion the shower seemed acceptable but the next morning, much of the caulk peeled off & I noticed grout was smeared on tiles & shower track. It appeared that instead of old caulk being removed, it had been caulked over. Also, the chemicals that were used to remove stains were very caustic & left more holes in grout than repaired.
I phoned George & it took over a week for a return call. He told me he'd check his calendar & get back with me & now's it been almost a month since the original service & I have not heard from George. At this point, I don't trust his work & prefer he not come back. Also, I was asked to pay by check/cash b/c he was offering coupon discount. The serviceman left without giving me a receipt & the only record I have is the estimate.
I can not recommend this provider.

Mr. Klean Grout's employee arrived at the specified start time (8:30), explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. He protected the floors and tub and started removing the old grout. He didn't use power tools so there wasn't a lot of dust. He re-grouted the tile, caulked around the tub, including where the tub met the floor, and wiped down the tile. He explained that I should let the grout dry for 24 hours and then wipe off the remaining haze from the tile. I did this and you'd think we had re-tiled instead of just re-grouting! Job turned out great. One thing I think people need to realize is that grouting needs the haze taken off after the job is done and that haze left on the tile is not a sign of a poor job. Totally satisfied!

I had looked up a grout person online to help my mother locate someone that had a good rating in her area. My mother desperately needed her kitchen and bathroom grout cleaned and sealed. She called George and he came out, gave an estimate and set up a date to complete the work. There were two workers who worked very diligently for 3 hours and had the whole job completed. My mom was very pleased with the work performed and even tipped the actual workers. There were no chemical smells or anything left behind to be cleaned up. Her baseboard is natural wood and she was concerned that it would get messed up during the process. Everything looked great when it was competed. She was extremely pleased with their work.

I found an ad in the Sunday Sun. I called and spoke to George. Very nice young man. He came out the next weekend, evaluate my request and gave me a price. We talked about replacing the grout versus cleaning the grout. He mentioned that the cleaner he used was very strong and would probably take care of the stains. Several days later the workers arrived. They replaced the caulk around the tub. Then went to work on the grout in the tiled shower. One of the workers put on a breathing mask that almost looked like a respirator. He mentioned that the grout cleaning chemical was very strong and he needed that protection. He told me that these chemicals would make the whole house smell. He went into the bathroom and began to clean the grout. I could not verify this since I could not go into the room; the fumes you know. After several minutes the worker came out and said that the grout could not be cleaned, it had to be replaced, which was fine. They replaced the grout, I paid the bill and they left.
When I checked the work it looked OK at the time. However after the grout dried I could see that it was smeared all over the tiles and not properly cleaned up. Grout was on the bathroom floor. Jus today I removed more chunks of grout from the tile floor. Dry grout powder had been spiled all over the floor and down the front of the vanity. What was especially distressing was that they put dry grout in the toilet. It sat there for several days and was very hard to get out. Some of it left a ring around the toilet. As for the bathtub where only the caulk was replaced, after the caulk had dried I could then see where is was smeared all over of the tile. I am still slowly working on getting that off.
After they left it occurred to me that when I went in the bathroom to see that the grout could not be cleaned, the assistant helper was in there without a respirator mask. I could not smell any terrible chemicals. The window was open but these caustics chemicals do leave an odor which I did not smell and which did not bother the assistant helped.
About a month after this event, George called me and asked if I would give a reference to one of my neighbors. I bulked and when George asked why, I told him. He was mad and said that he would call me on Friday to make arrangements to come and see. Of course that was a couple of weeks ago and I am still waiting.
I would not recommend this service.

They did a pretty good job. They were very personable and pretty responsive. They seemed to really want to do well and to please the customer which was good. I wouldn't give them an and lsquo;A' for the overall experience because I had to go back and point a couple of things out to them. I want to be surprised by a better job than I expect; that didn't happen. I think we spent $475. The price was okay with us. I wanted the job done. I didn't do too many price comparisons. I think they gave us a discount. The quality of their work was pretty good. I think it could have been a little neater but it wasn't too horrible. Their punctuality was good. I would probably use them again in the future. I would have more of a conversation with them when using them.
