The owner of the company was very response and arrived the same day that I called for service.My one complaint is that they attemted to hard sell me on additional services.

Owner knocked on my door to inform me they were in the area working on a neighbor's house and inquired if I could use their asphalt and aluminum coating roof services. I did some quick research online prior to obtaining their services to put their quote in context and obtain background research on the company.

The employees arrived shortly thereafter and began spraying the roof with the coating. Afterwards, they sprayed the porch roof. I inspected the porch roof and the coating was applied evenly and in a measure of quantity. 

Industry standard is 1.5 - 2 gallons per 100 sq ft. of roof, and though I doubt they applied 12-16 gallons of product, it is possible they came close given the application method, which may have applied that much product in a short amount of time. The result seems to be worth the $400 paid, given their responsiveness, quality of work and professional history.

Start to finish was about 45 minutes.

Speedy and efficient, and better price than other quotes we got.  Immediately cooler on our top floor.  Professional and easy to deal with.

Overall the project got completed and the leaking roof is not leaking anymore. That is a victory on its own. Time will tell how good a job they have done and if the water leaks stop completely. I was impressed by their responsiveness; they were always easy to get a hold of. The work got done quickly once the contract was signed. They don?t use email, which I found challenging, much easier to email specs and feedback than have to answer phone calls all day when your working a day job and managing a renovation. Recommendation would be for a Blackberry for Christmas from Santa Claus! We had some minor problems with two different contracts, written at two different times, with two slightly different scopes of work. I the owner, take full responsibility for that and not comparing them. The scope of work did change because of the contract confusion and they worked with me to reduce the price of the work that needed to be added to the contract. I WOULD use them again; however I would be a little more specific about my expectations, like cleaning up the job site, exactly what gutter I wanted replaced, etc. Other than small issues like that they did a good job. When I asked them to fix the issues I had they did so immediately and efficiently. I also like the fact that they didn?t ask for money upfront and seemed to have enough business that they weren?t desperate. I interviewed about 5 roofers and selected them because I thought they were the best price, best customer service and good people to work with.

I called and asked them to fix their work. He responded to phone calls, but made no promises. They didn't come to work on time-- sometimes it was 11 or noon. I told them I had stopped payment on the check until they came and finished the work. They didn't come back-- the work still hasn't been done. Water still drips, and I'm still gonna have to pay to have someone else complete it. They are not honest. They also left trash in the alley, telling me that the garbage man would pick it up. When he didn't, I found out that this type of trash must be hauled away. They also lied to me about the amount of trash they were putting there.
