It is a great idea that the owners answer the phone to get real time information and prices. They came out and replaced the ridge vent and reinforced it making it harder to for to come apart. They went above and beyond by checking the rest of the roof and caulked if needed. They also patched a corner piece and painted for the same price. Very nice to deal with and the work was done by the owners while the rest of the team were on a roof replacement. You donâ t see that anymore. I would recommend this company.

Metal Roofing Repair
It was challenging to find a roofer who would repair the leaking panel roof on my Patio Enclosure room. Dan responded to my Home Advisor request immediately. His excellent ratings and experience with these roofs helped me decide to hire him to do the work immediately. Within several hours his family team had the seams patched and the roof coated. They also made needed repairs to the regular roof and the chimney flashing and cement. They were pleasant, efficient, thorough and give a 5-year warranty.

Generally very professional, respectful. On the strong side as far as sales, nothing aggressive, but certainly wanted the contract signed right then. I do recommend to others, but compare quotes, this cost a little more than I thought it should.

The best father son team I've ever had the pleasure to work with! Very professional roofers and fully explained to us the whole process which was great. They were also very watchful of their crew and had everything done same day. They had also come across an arising problem which they had a solution for right there. I was so ecstatic when all was done we feel so much more secure with a new sound and sturdy new sun porch roof to sit out and enjoy the weather what it maybe. Im only giving 4 stars because i dont know if the work is quality as its only been a couple days since the work was done. I will revisit later after the work has weathered. But i will say the company was at my house, estimated and did the work in the same day. The gentleman i dealt with was very nice. It looks really nice from the ground. Pricing seemed a little high but i needed asap and didn't have time to shop around.

I had an excellent experience with Dan Parks. Dan was super friendly, always answered the phone, showed up exactly when he said he would, and gave me a fair price. The job was even underbid because we didn't know there were 3 layers of shingles and quite a lot of rotted wood, but Dan kept to his original quoted price and didn't ask me for a penny more. They did excellent work, and even spray painted my rusty chimney cap free of charge while they were up there so the rust wouldn't stain my new shingles. I highly recommend Dan Parks.
