No one beats them in price.However, they are so overwhelmed. The workers are excellent.

I would use them because their price is just so good, nobody can come close. The closest store is in Columbia which is 20 miles away, and they are so booked up for tire service that it is hard to get an appointment and you have to wait a long time even when you are there.

We returned at 12:30 PM and the work had been completed. The gentleman behind the counter said there was no hole in the tire but rather the air was escaping from around the tire rim. He explained sometimes when tire rims become too corroded, the seal is not good which will result in a flat tire. He stated that the tire rim needed to be professionally cleaned, and that they had put the flat tire back on the vehicle and filled it with air. Unfortunately he stated air was still escaping but the warrantee only covered the tires and not any rim work. I asked if the tire was going to go flat again and he said the tire was still losing air slowly and to check it in 25 miles. I asked if they could put the spare back on but was told sorry, they completed the warrantee work and handed me my keys.
In hindsight, I should have asked to speak with a manager, but unfortunately I did not. As I drove home, my tire warning light came back on and, this morning the tire was once again flat as a pancake. This time, I went to a professional tire center and had them work on the tire. They found a hole in the tire, patched it, sanded/ground down the tire rim, mounted the tire on the vehicle and all is fine now.

The service went smoothly in spite of the fact that I mis-entered my member number on the on-line purchase, which made it a little more difficult for them to find my tires, which had been shipped to them. They have completed the work quickly and did a good job. We opted to have the tires inflated with nitrogen, and we have never had any problem get the tire pressure checked and the tires refilled at any Costco, including one in another state.

Even though my tires were nine years old and had over 70,000 miles Costco still honored their road hazard warranty since I still had sufficient tread. They found a leak at the valve stem and repaired this tire at no charge. Since I had to wait anyway I had them do a re-balancing and rotation for all four tires. My only criticism is that this took slightly longer to complete than they said it would.

I purchased it for $350 instead of $600 something so it was a very good deal but I had to wait two hours before it was done. The price is excellent but the time is not.

Great prices, excellent service. Plus you can e-mail your pictures and pick them up at the store, if you're in a hurry. If a picture comes out wrong, they're happy to fix it.

As a professional photographer for over 20 years I have used many photo labs and none have been as high quality, as fast, and as inexpensive as Costco at Arundel Mills. I often meet other professionals there. The digital work is outstanding! When there are mistakes they make them right and quickly without hassle. Perhaps the best thing now is that I can upload my photos to them online and pick them up as soon as they e-mail to notify they're ready! It saves either an extra trip to the lab or time waiting around for the work to be done. And the online service is free to use.
