+ -1 moreI have dealt with this company before and they were good however this time was a nightmare. They kept changing the terms of the deal. Then after 45 days I declined but they kept my money. They were very unprofessional, would not return phone calls and then got arrogant when the deal had changed so much I said no.
Description of Work: I applied for a mortgage refinance got a good faith estimate submitted a $500 deposit then the deal changed 3 times, each time for the worse, finally after 45 days, ( I was promised 3 weeks ) when I declined the deal. They kept my deposit.
