B&E was incredibly responsive when our heater stopped working.  When I contacted them, they helped us trouble shoot the problem over the phone and set up an appt for the next day.  During the appt. he took the time to answer all my husbands questions, gave us a work around until the part arrived, and we scheduled the follow up appt.  During the next appt. he professionally installed the motor and was even kind enough to install the new digital thermostat we had just bought.  During the visit my husband also discussed with him installing a whole house humidifier.  I followed up with them days later and received all the information I needed regarding the product.  We currently have an annual maintenance contract with B&E, and have received great service.

We are really impressed with this business. They try to get there as quickly as they can and they don't take advantage with high rates. We own several apartments and it's imperative when for example, the air conditioning breaks during a hot spell, that the tenants gets their A/C restored. They have always, always come through for us. We trust and really like them.

We have used this father and son team for our rental units. We needed someone last summer to fix an air conditoner at an apartment we owned and I was having a hard time finding someone to go there that same day. They did and did a good job. In fact, we call them now for all our apartment problems and we just had them out our house to do the yearly service on our air conditioning units. I like that they come out quickly and seem to really know what they are doing. And they don't over charge and that's a relief.
