.     The service guys provided me with useful information regarding my tank and drain field. The drain field was contaminated and needed to be replaced. It was 30 years old. We subsequently discovered that when it was first installed, it was not done correctly. We contracted with a fella named Billy Rhoten to replace the drain field and install a manhole on our tank. He was amazing! GREAT job! Walsh really knows their job and they do it well. Bill Rhoten is a real pro as well. I would recommend them highly. I will call Walsh again and give my recommendation to both.

I have used Walsh Septic for the last ten years. I've always had Richard perform the service and he has always been very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would ask for him by name. He not only emptied the tank but takes the opportunity to back flush and really clean all of the solid waste from inside the tank.

We are very pleased with our experience with Walsh septic service. We got an appointment within a few daysW of the date we called, the service man who came to our home was very prompt, very professional and very friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently, and explained to me what he was doing and why. Living in this home is our first experience having septic and it was very helpful to understand what the key components of a healthy functioning system is, and delightful to hear that our system was in good shape. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the service we received.

could not have done better. Richard was extremely knowledgeable in his field. George Walsh was pleasant and prompt on the phone setting up the price and appointment.

I called Walsh Septic and left my name and number and Mr. Walsh promptly called me back. I recently bought a house that he had been servicing for 6 years, and had questions about the septic system. I have no prior experience with septic systems and limited knowledge of them. Mr Walsh agree to swing by the next day, since he would be in the neighborhood. He arrived a little earlier than I expected as I was out running errands, but got started anyway. We quickly engaged into conversation about my system and its performance. He explained the entire system to me containing many components and answered all my questions, even taking the time to read through old paperwork from the company that installed the system. He made sure I understood the system completely and advised me on how to better maintain and take care of it. The system looked in good condition and he informed me that a clean out wasn't necessary at this time. We figured the I might need one in a years time, which would be about 2.5 years since the last one, and with current usage, that might even be too soon. He was very honest and told me he has no desire to charge his customer for unnecessary cleanings. He even help to clean the filter, and showed me how to, explaining that I needed to do this every 6 months or less. After spending 30+ minutes with me, inspecting my system, he got in his truck and left, without charging me one penny. I thanked him and we agreed to have the system checked in one more year. My Walsh, and Walsh Septic will continue to service my septic system as long as I live here. First impressions are everything, and he left a VERY good one with me. I recommend Walsh Septic to anyone in the area, and encourage you to learn about your system and get to know the people that clean up your waste!

I had gone over 5 years since I had my septic tank cleaned. I had heard favorably of Walsh Septic Service and decided to call them. I received a recording and left a message and within 2 hours I received a callback from George, the owner. He was able to schedule me for the next morning. He arrived precisely at the time he promised. I immediately liked him. He was very friendly, yet professional. I stayed with him during the whole cleanout process. During that time, we talked a lot about septic tanks. He was very knowledgeable, and answered my many questions about my septic system, I received a wealth of information from him. He did not rush to complete the job, but continued cleaning and backflushing until it was completely empty. He inspected the baffle area of the tank, and gave me advice for maintaining it. He noticed that that the submerged concrete cover to the far end of the tank had a thin metal handle that was rusted. He stongly recommended that I replace the handle with a durable U-bolt before the old handle breaks off, making removal of the cover extremely difficult. I never felt rushed at any time. When he completed the job, I paid him, and he recommended that I have it done again in 4 years. I said that I thought it should be sooner, but he said based on the no. of occupants, 4 years is fine. I was very pleased with his service, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had had another service that said they needed to come every 2 years. When we switched to George Walsh, he came and checked our septic and told us we really didn't need the system cleaned and this was after more than 2 years. He checked back with us a year later and came and checked again, then cleaned. He was very honest and friendly.

They really had to work at it because it had been at least 2 years. He was out here very early and very promptly. Considering what he was doing he did a really good job at keeping the mess contained. He really had to work at it because it wasn't a quick and easy standard job. I was really happy with him. It was surprisingly obnoxious. I'd highly recommend them.
