Great. I have an old house and limited funds with which to keep it up - Steve always knows just what to do to completely fix the problems, but does does" minor surgery" when possible, knowing that I prefer to avoid complete renovations, or "major surgery," It is much appreciated.
He is prompt, fair, well spoken, always prepared with the proper parts, and is a true expert in what he does.

Steve and Mike have re-plumbed my entire house and did a fantastic job. So when my hot water heater leaked, I called them. I also had a problem with a new mixer in the shower. Mike suggested I call Kohler for the part inst, which Kohler sent.
They are always on time and take great care when doing anything in the house. I highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived on time, he was friendly and informative, answered all my questions and he was very neat.  No clean up afterward.  I was very happy the entire job.

Very smoothly.  Steve McCann is efficient, professional, careful and a perfectionist.  The entire toilet was carefully pulled,  the area underneath leveled and the toilet was rebolted properly and now sits firmly on the floor.   All drains, toilets and tubs that he worked on are working perfectly.

This went beautifully! He is quick, efficient and very neat! I thought the price was very fair and he was incredibly nice. He was very professional. The plumber didn't make the job bigger than it needed to be, he has very good judgment.
