Initially, Jack's service was solid. He was friendly, approachable, and easy to get in touch with. However, our satisfaction took a downturn about 3 years ago when we encountered a leak issue. I struggled to get in touch with him initially. When he was finally able to come out, Jack determined that he had to replace our shower to fix the problem. Upon completion of the project, our bathroom was in complete disarray, without any warning about the carnage that would be left for us to take care of. The subsequent repair work necessitated additional expenses to fix the removed/damaged drywall and flooring, and our toilet that was minorly damaged during the process. To exacerbate matters, the shower itself started leaking from the drain a few weeks later. Jack came and “fixed” it. He gave us advice on maintaining the repaired shower that proved to not only be ineffective, but potentially harmful. It leaked again. We spent almost a year dealing with the ongoing issue to avoid another failed “fix” before finally calling a new plumber. This plumber successfully rectified the issues, providing a lasting solution. Most recently, we had a pump tank issue. It was still under warranty from a replacement done approximately four years ago. The warranty is the only reason we called Jack. There was no communication about the warranty terms upon installation. We were informed on the day of the replacement service that we were only responsible for labor costs. It took several days of unreturned phone calls to get an explanation for the excessive bill. Several more days to get in touch to pay it. The decline in the quality of his work over the past few years has been noticeable. Despite the few initial positive experiences, the recurrent issues and lack of effective communication clearly demonstrate Jack’s disregard for his customers. In summary, while Jack, at one point, provided quality service, potential customers should be aware of the deterioration of his work quality.

His prices are very fair. He's always on time and very clean. I trust him completely. This last time, he completely repaired all the piping under the sink.

We've used Jack for just about everything plumbing related over the last 10 years. Our latest service was on a Sunday morning, as he was leaving for vacation. My husband spoke with Jack when we noticed a squishy front yard and, between them, determined what our problem was. My husband decided to dig the hole himself so speed things along (and confirm their suspicions) - great cardio exercise! - and Jack came out Sunday morning. Well pump fixed and the area was cleaned up (which I always appreciate). And a nice guy as well!

Jack always does a top quality job and this time was no exception. We have had Jack do many jobs for us over the years and we also recommend him to our clients who need plumbing services. We have never had to ask him to come back out to correct a job he has already done. He is honest and reliable.

Jack's crew is friendly and competent and most importantly, they will get to you as fast as they possibly can and are scrupulously honest. You will not have to worry about being overcharged. The work is not bargained-priced, but then you are getting the best plumbing services you could possibly want. Over the past 8 years, we have had a number of challenges, all of which Jack and his crew have handled professionally and with excellent results. I also know that if there were ever anything that needed tweaking, Jack would make sure to come back and make it right. As it is now, we are enjoying the results of his first-rate work on mostly bathroom renovations (2 different bathrooms) as well as some smaller jobs.
I have always been more than 100% satisfied with Massicot's work and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs an expert and personable plumber.

Last month we noticed a leak in the ceiling below the shower. We called Jack out to access the situation and he stated that he would need to pull out the tile to see what was going on, but that he was sure that if his company had installed the basin and tiles, that the shower would not be leaking now. His company did in fact install the basin, waterproofing and plumbing. I was hesitant to use him, since if there was his mistake, would he make the same mistake again? Therefore, we hired another company to do the demolition work and came to find out that the vinyl liner was slit in the corners, thus allowing water to seep through to the floor and the room below. Because of the amount of mold in the ceiling below, we could tell that the seepage was slow and had built up over time. If the shower basin and liner had been installed properly, this would have never happened. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

Jack is quick, efficient and honest. He came to our house on time, returned all calls on a timely basis and was extremely professional. Jack fixed a leak that two other plumbers could not resolve and was instrumental in discovering our water issues. We would highly recommend him!

I HAVE A SON WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND MANY OF THE DETAILS OF THE NEW BATHROOM HAVE MADE HIS CARE SO MUCH EASIER ON ME. I LOVE THE NEW SPA TUB AND WAS SO TOUCHED BY THE CARE THAT MASSICOT'S WORKERS PUT INTO GETTING THINGS DONE IN A MANNER THAT KEPT CHAOS TO A MINIMUM.
