 + -1 moreTriple A sent a Green's Garage tow truck out to take my vehicle over 60 miles from Owings Mills MD to Waynesboro PA. I have free towing through Triple A so I did not need to pay and cannot comment on price, but I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received today. The driver was professional and courteous, and was careful with my vehicle. He did not complain nor seem perturbed by the fact that he was about to haul my vehicle about 65 miles to another state, and was actually very friendly to me. He didn't seem rushed, and was clearly very experienced. I stayed in Owings Mills (college student), so I wasn't present when my vehicle was dropped off at my home, but my parents said that the driver took great care as he unloaded my car. I would absolutely use Green's Garage's towing service again. I hope I never need to, but I felt good about the whole process and felt confident that my car was in good, competent hands for it's trip home.
Description of Work: I received a tow truck from Green's Garage to tow my vehicle home after an accident.

Description of Work: The company quoted me an initial price of $358 ($233 for the part and $125 for labor, excluding taxes. After having the vehicle towed there, they called me and told me it was going to be $375 taxes included, and that sounded OK. However, after they did the work they said it was $404. When I asked why it kept changing, they said it never did, and vehemently denied the amounts I told them they quoted me. They also got very defensive and were unwilling to admit any fault or mistakes., and refused to make any adjustments. Then they tried to tell me they only take cash. When I insisted I was paying by credit card, they would not take my payment over the phone. I do not trust this company and would never use their services again. I cannot speak to the quality of work because I am not a mechanic, but they were $20 more on material cost than another shop further away that was highly rated on Angie's list. Lesson of the day: Go with the company with the best Angie's list reviews, even if it is a little further out of your way! I will say they were prompt.

 + -1 moreThere was no damage done to the car. It was only 5 minutes job. I called him and the guy came in after about half an hour. He's not close by. He may be over 10 miles away. I'm in the country. They were not expensive. It was cheap. I would use him again in the future if need be.
Description of Work: I got Green's Garage to come in and unlock our car about a year ago. They came to my house and opened the locked door somehow without a key.
