General Remodeling
He was to repair a leak from the roof, instead of replaciing the rotted part of the roof, he put some kind of silicone around the shingles. Needless to say, the leak continued. He was to repair 2 chimneys, it was partially done, then spray painted to cover up his shabby work. He was to repair the bilko door to stop leakage into the basement, again he covered up the real problem and it still leaks. The soffits were to be repaired, but wasn't done properly and is now just dangling. The raingutters were to be repaired, again this was not installed properly and the water still will not flow down the down spout. I asked him 3 times to come back and fix these things properly, he refuses to respond. I can'tunderstand he stays in business with such poor business ethics.
