They were suppose to come back for a follow up visit and they never returned phone calls.

"I SPOKE WITH THE MEMBER ABOUT OUR SERVICES. OUR DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT BIRDS, IT WAS SQUIRRELS. WE DID NOT TRAP ANY SQUIRRELS AT HER HOUSE AFTER SETTING TRAPS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF MISSED PHONE CALLS BY THE MEMBER. IT IS OUR GOAL TO SATISFY AND MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY."
