I'm very pleased with the service from scheduling to completion of job.  

It was easy to get an estimate.  Scheduling was very easy as well even though I re-scheduled again and again due to rain all spring.  

Jeff Watts, the owner, was very easy to work with on quickly getting me an estimate, scheduling and then re-scheduling several times.

The crew was VERY professional and took great care with my home, yard, and efficiency of getting the job done, while being safe doing it.  Side of house has a hill so not always easy to do work on the second level.

My windows and sills look GREAT.  I am now not looking through a fog of pollen and dirt from the spring storms we've had recently.

I'll certainly hire the company again.  Thank you for a job well done.

Showed up promptly and did an incredible job.  I was worried because we are listing our house and needed someone to come out within a week and they answered my Angie's list email within a half hour.  Would use them in a heartbeat again.

I liked everything about their service. They were very prompt. The owner came out to give an estimate the same day and he was very professional. We thought we would need bi-weekly service but he advised monthly visits would be a better option, which would save us money in the long run. The person that came out got right to work and asked us if we had any questions before he left. There are laboratories at our business and he was very aware of the surroundings and got our approval before cleaning each space.

I work closely with Jeff and Mike to get an estimate whenever there is a new building that needs to be cleaned. They always return my calls promptly and get the services done on time. I wish that all of my vendors were this friendly and had such a high quality of work. Their organization is very well organized and managed. I will continue to use them as my primary window cleaning company.
