Went to their office to look at colors and types of quartz countertops. Brett our salesman was very helpful. After we selected the material and gave them the dimensions of the countertops, we were quoted a price. Several weeks later a technician came out and took detailed laser measurements. We then gave them a deposit. If you use a credit card, they charge an additional amount and so we sent a check. About 10 days later they called and we set up an appointment for them to install the countertops. They had told us that they would not disconnect or reconnect the plumbing. We arranged for a plumber to do both of these tasks. The weekend before our Monday install, they called to confirm and I asked what time they would finish so I could have the plumbing reattached to the new sinks and countertops. It was only then that they told me the plumber should not reinstall that day as the seals between the new countertops and sinks could pull away and we should wait 24 hours before reinstalling the plumbing. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
When they came out, the installers told us they could not do the removal or install without removing the wall mirrors above the sinks. Then ensued several phone calls to Brett during which I pointed out that the mirrors were there before they came out to measure and if there was a problem, they should have told me ahead of time. Eventually I pointed out that I would withhold some of the payment if they did not reinstall the mirrors and after I told them I would absolved them from liability in case the mirrors or a mirror broke, they reinstalled the mirrors.
The team that did the install did a very nice job. They were professional and tidy. The countertops and sinks look great.
Basically I would not use this company again as I felt tthey was not customer friendly

We purchased granite countertops through Lowes; however, the countertops that we purchased were installed though United Marble & Granite. I went to United Marble in-person to personally select the slab that we wanted to use in our kitchen. When I went to pick out my slab the woman taking me around the warehouse seemed like having me select a slab was the last thing she wanted to be apart of. She basically told me that for the type of granite that I selected "If I've seen the one on the top of the group (which someone already picked) there was no need to look at the rest". So I selected one of the interior slabs for the group and weeks later (after going back and forth to schedule a date for installation and dealing with rude customer service people) the granite countertops were finally installed. The two guys that installed the countertops seemed fine until it started snowing, then they quickly finished, put sealer on using paper towels and left.
At first I thought that the countertops seemed fine but after a few weeks I noticed that the countertops looked scratched when the light shined on them. I also would constantly hear a catching sound on the rags that I used to clean the counters. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the entire slab has little scratches all over it, the installed countertops feel gritty to touch, and there are also small areas that are starting to chip. I voiced my concerns to United Granite via email and was told by a woman there that this is normal and they were not going to do anything about it. I also went to Lowes after United Marble & Granite did not sent someone to inspect the issue. It is as if United Granite does not care about how unhappy we are with the product we received. We were able to file a claim through Lowes, the person who finally came by acknowledged that the granite was really scratchy to touch, saw the chips but took pictures with a cheap camera phone. The claim was denied in less than 24 hours; however I never saw the claim that was filed on our behalf. I personally feel as if United Granite is just waiting until our warranty is up so that we do not have a recourse for action. Now I'm stuck with expensive granite countertops that are starting to chip because of the cheap quality of the granite. I've also noticed that this type of granite no longer offered at Lowes and it is no wonder. I strongly would recommend going to any other company beside this one if you are considering having marble or granite work done in your home. Even if their granite was of a better quality - the company's customer service is absolutely horrible.

I had a complete IKEA kitchen done by CME contractors. THEY were amazing. I was advised not to get the countertop through IKEA because they took so long, but United took even longer! I called three weeks ago and they told me 10 days. I called a week later to check to see if we were on schedule and was told to talk to or email Matt. I emailed and got no response. I called back in two days and left a message...still no response. Finally, Lowe's called me to ask if it was installed yet and I explained what was happening. They took it from there and I just got it installed today.  The two Hispanic men who installed it were clueless about how to deal with the cooktop and told me twice it wasn't going to fit. I had to show them it would...twice.
It's a beautiful countertop, but washing dishes in my powder room sink  and rinsing out the coffee grounds in the yard with a hose for a month sucked.

It was a pleasure to work with knowledgeable staff in helping us to pick out marble slabs.  The templater arrived precisely on time and did a careful job of measuring.  The countertops were delivered and installed 7 days later as scheduled.  We were somewhat concerned about a 'craze' in the countertop, but United provided written assurances that this would not develop into a crack.

There was a minor problem about the clearances for the sink faucets to be installed, and United came out immediately and drilled out extra clearance in the china sinks.

We are very pleased with the overall installation and would recommend United Granite.

I am very happy with the quality of my countertops and sink..  The employees who performed the installation did an amazing job.  Waiting for an installation date was prolonged.

I started off being more than a little anxious over my decision, but now my LG quartz countertop is installed and I am very pleased..
United Marble and Granite scheduled my template appointment quickly.  Marco showed up at my house to measure the template and he had a lot of good advice and suggestions.  A short 2 weeks later, Marco returned to my house with a helper and they installed the LG quartz countertop.   They were both very professional and worked quickly and carefully.  My ktchen has a peninsula that required 1 seam and it is flawless.  No one can even see the seam unless I point it out!
United Marble and Granite did a quality job from start to finish.
In the end, I am very happy with the quartz countertop and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

They were recommended to me by the sales person from the company that did our cabinets and countertops. I spent $711 on the material and labor that they did on the fire place, and I thought that it was a great price. They did personal work and were so professional and polite. The accuracy that they measured with was just spot on and it was 42 inches wide and 18 inches deep and the surround was probably 4 foot high and 42 inches across. We are probably going to use them for the surround for the existing fireplace we have in the living room.
