We had bought a new garbage disposal which was supposed to be installed by that company, but when they checked it out, they said it would have to be done by a plumber instead (the joys of a 90 year old house!). We called Tri-County, and they worked us in that same day. The plumber came and made the switch, replaced the drain that needed changed. He was done in a short time, and everything has worked fine since then.

They were late the first time, about 2 hrs. I complained about a leaking sink and he charged me $105 for the work and said it was fixed, but a couple of days later it was still leaking. I called back and asked if I would be charged again for them to fix this. I asked them to call me on Tuesday, because that is when I would be off, they did not and instead called me on Wednesday when I was not home. I have to take off work to wait for them to come and I was told they would come between 8:30-10:30am, it is now almost 11:30 and they are not here. Their prices are poor as well. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Tri County was very prompt in scheduling a visit. The plumber unstopped the bathtub drain and looked for the leak. We received a telephone call from Allen who explained that there did not appear to be a leak, and he suggested that we not incur the expense of replacing pipes if it was not warranted. The cost was under $100 to unstopped the bathtub drain. This company was honest and avoided unnecessary work.

THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY CALLED ME AT WORK AS I HAD ASKED THEM TO DO, THEY DID WHAT I WANTED AND IT WORKS WELL. IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO TURN THE WATER ON/OFF WHEN I GO AWAY.
