I called them to have a basket delivered to the funeral of a dear friend. I chose a "Lavender Basket" at > $100, Plus Delivery (10) and tax came to $119.08. Imagine my mortification to arrive and find a small white basket with some colored carnations and a couple of tired liatrus. Very embarassing. They didn't know I would see it maybe? It did arrive before the service. I tried to phone them Saturday morning to verify the order, but could not get anyone on the phone. Now that I am finally back at home, no message on my home machine either. I am also filing a complaint w TELEFLORA (which is where I got their name). Do NOT use these people.
