The company was a subcontractor for my insurance remodel. The 'zero' amount means I do not know what the company was paid, not that the work was free.... They installed the kitchen countertop. It looked very good. I did not move into the place until May 2013. After one - ONE - cooking evening - the first 'serious' cooking (four different dishes were prepared) - the next day I noticed the counter top bursting at the seam - at the edge - on one spot. I called the manufacturer's customer service (WilsonArt) who told me to get in touch with the installer immediately because something was not properly sealed and they need to resolve the issue. They suggested I refrain from using water and other liquids near the problem area until the area is reworked. I have been calling the company and leaving messages since Friday June 21, 2013. I left 2 messages on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, but have yet to hear from Richard M Horsey Inc. I will post detailed before and after pictures this evening.
