Rain Out Roofing (Mark Kurth) has been my roofer for over 20 years. Mark is someone I trust with his knowledge of roofing, his honesty, and his quality of work. He has done my roof twice and I have referred him to many of my neighbors.
Thanks to the builder, my neighborhood (Summit Park) has problematic roofs because the pitch of the roofs is very low. This means that if any defects or wear and tear causes a breach, the roof is much less forgiving than one with a steeper pitch. Mark has come up with excellent solutions whenever a problem comes up and he solves it. He always charges a fair price. He may not come out as fast as a large contractor because his company is small. But he will take care of you, be fair, and do the job right.

THEY CALLED US BACK RIGHT AWAY WITH AN ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE OTHER COMPANIES WE LOOKED INTO. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, BUT IT WAS A MONTH BEFORE THEY COULD GET THERE. THEY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
