Very customer-friendly service from beginning to end.  they did a great job helping me select the granite.  Two quick visits to my home for templating and installation were prompt and efficient.  Overall a good value and very pleasant experience.  I highly recommend Milestone.

I must have visited 10-12 granite places before deciding to sign a contract. The night before I was to sign a contract with another company, I scrolled through Angie's List one more time to be sure I wasn't missing anything.  I came across Milestone and sent them an email.  To my surprise, even though it was well into the evening, I had an immediate response.  So, the next morning, instead of signing the contract, I went to Milestone.  Ruti and Haim Amir are warm and friendly business owners.  More importantly, they are experts in their field, artists who express themselves through granite.   I could not have been more pleased.  Milestone has a nice selection of a wide variety of granite slabs, enough that you are sure to find something you like.  Ruti and Haim guided me through the selection process and I was pleased  that I ended up selecting the same granite which I had selected at the other location.   I did like the particular slab better at Milestone than the other place and the price at Milestone was better.  Workmanship at Milestone was outstanding.  In addition to kitchen counters, I also had two bathroom counters placed.  Both these selections were from amongst their variety of remnants.  One of the remnants was a real find---blue pearl granite.  The remnant prices are also extremely fair.  So when I found Milestone, I thought to myself that Milestone was just right for me. But then I realized that Milestone is just right for everyone and decided to give them this review.  So, you can do what I did, go all over town looking for the right place, or you can just go to Milestone first and save yourself lots of time, gas and money

Installed a very long granite kitchen countertop and island including a huge hole for an undermount sink and draining board. Gave advice on strength of granite to choose and made quick adjustments to cut the granite to allow installation when the countertop arrived but a kitchen cabinet had obstructed the corner installation.  They were very friendly and knowledgeable and they spent the time to make sure I was happy with my choices.  The only quibble I had was that the grout they used on the joins could have bIended in better.  I plan to use them again for the bathroom renovation.

We met Rute and Haim while helping a friend pick out a small granite bartop.  They gave us a rough estimate then and there without even having the measurements of our kitchen.  We left thinking there was no way we were getting new countertops so soon after moving into our house....fast forward to two months later.  Having already had new floors placed into our kitchen we caught the bug.  We got an estimate from one very reputable Angieslist company and planned to get one from Milestone as well. Given  that Milestone was closer and, it turns out, a bit cheaper we decided to go with them. From the decision to go with them to the time the counters were installed...3 days.  They did such a gorgeous job selecting the best cut and their team did such a professional job on the install...we could not be happier.  They are such a fun team, I don't know why anyone would be granite from anyone else.

They were fabulous! They are a husband and wife team. They were referred to me by a co-worker who also had a great experience with them. They are really nice people. Their prices are competitive, and they knew I was working with a tight budget and I didn't want to overspend. It was a very enjoyable experience. They did good work as well! I haven't had to call them back for any problems. I love my new countertops.

They were fabulous, and what stood out about them was their customer service. Their quality was definitely good. We could possibly do no better by choosing someone else. Their price was competitive with anything else that we looked out around. We would use them in the future if necessary.

They did a good job. I was very happy with the service. We were working with a third party kitchen and bath installer. He was the one that did all of the measuring and interacting with Milestone. We went to Milestone to pick out the samples. Everything went fine. I can't complain. The dealer was very willing to work with us. He had patience and showed us a bunch of different samples. He was very willing to sit down and work with us. He didn't rush us. It wasn't a huge warehouse. Their prices were a little bit higher than some of the other places that we checked.

Milestone Granite provided the first estimate by email, helped me choose a granite from their selection at the store, finalized the estimate, then came to the house to make final measurements. At the house, they helped me add a few inches to the end of the island so we could have an eat-in kitchen (they provided the brackets). They were timely and professional and having priced the same amount of granite (linear footage, etc) with other stores, I felt they were very competitive. While they did "push" me to focus on the appearance and not the price, ultimately I am happier that I chose to go with the appearance, and thus the more expensive granite. (At the end of the day, if you're spending this much on granite, you may as well not have buyer's remorse.)

This was the second time I used them because their service and quality are impeccable. Their pricing is also very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone. The granite installation was on time and very neat.

It was an excellent experience. Chaim is a sculptor and I had a very difficult piece of granite to deal with. I chose him of his artistic background and his superior knowledge of stone. He was able to work with the very fragile piece of granite. He cut it to make it appear seamless. His wife, Ruthie, assisted with the layout and was very helpful in determining which pieces of the stone to use. They have strong opinions regarding their work, but you should listen to them because they know what they are doing.

THE INSTALLERS OF THESE COUNTERTOPS WERE LIKE ARTISTS. THEIR WORK WAS DONE WITH PERFECTION AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE OVERALL JOB WAS EXCELLENT AND BEAUTIFUL.
