It was an excellent experience working with Kim. He arrived on time , gave me an estimate and was very detailed as to the work to be performed. He did what he said he would do and my tenant and me were very happy. He gave me a fair price and was able to work around my schedule for the meeting and the collection. Would use him again. TRUE PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!!!
