We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings, and we can also schedule cleanings for special dates, move ins, or move outs, foreclosures, as well as post/pre construction. The next cleaning was horrible. If I was home, they did a decent job, but if I wasn't home, the work was horrible. Several times the owners came out and had said what an awful job their workers were doing, how they were having problems with the girls wasting time, and how that was cheating me out of money. As a result of that, they lowered the price.
After the new crew came in and did a terrible job, I called them to have my house re-cleaned. They said they were going to charge me for it or go to court about it. I asked them about the tips at this time and why I had never received an invoice. I found out they had fired the girl I talked to about the tipping matter. The owners were on vacation at this time, so I spoke with the new office worker. She said all of the workers hate me, and they were no longer going to come to my house.
When I started asking questions about the tips, they tried to turn everything around on me and say it was my fault and the girls didn't like me. I fired them for theft due to the issue with the tips.
"I'm the office manager that your talking about. I never once told you that my employee's hated you. I told you that you made my employee's very stressed out while cleaning your home.You never fired our company from cleaning your home.I fired you as a paying customer for the fact I didn't have any employee's that wanted to clean your home. You made my employee's very stressed out every clean plus uncomfortable. You were always home except once, that's when you claim the team did such a bad job. When owner's and I came to check out your home from all your complaints we didn't find very much wrong at all. The minor things we did find were fixed and customer was happy when we left. Jenny always gives the employee's tips when recieved, we also got that straightened out when we were at your home again with the owner's. The employee your talking about that got "fired" after the tip conversation isn't true at all. That employee found another job and by law we can't give out any personal information on employee's."
Did a great job cleaning, great professional crew. You know it is clean when the ladies cleaned out a soap tray in the shower!
