EXECUTIVE TREE EXPERTS

When I returned home, the tree had been cut down but a 3 foot stump remained in the yard. Additionally, my yard looked like a moonscape. All the grass was dead indicating that the cuttings and sawdust had been left on the ground for several days, thereby suffocating the grass. I called the company to lodge a complaint about the stump and the condition of the yard, and was told the stump would be removed. After weeks and weeks of calling, I was told the company did not have a stump grinder and would not remove the stump. Additionally, the company denied responsibility for the condition of the yard. I seriously considered filing suit against this company to recover the cost of hiring another company to remove the stump, and the cost for clean-up and re-seeding. In the end, I let it go, but I wouldn't hire this company to mow my lawn.

He has done work for me previously and several times for my neighbor. So, when he asked me for the money up front and said he would get the job done that day, I paid him..... that was 2 weeks ago. He did not do the job that day and said he would be there the next day, then the following Monday.... that was 2 weeks ago. He won't answer my calls or return my messages. He cashed my check and my trees are still down in my front yard. Lesson for me, but I want to ensure he does not benefit from your service. He is not trustworthy.

The service was prompt and professionally performed. Unfortunately, they forgot to grind two additional stumps listed on the contract. It has been several months and they still haven't completed the work, despite multiple calls and threats of legal action. Such a shame, considering the initial work was great.
