Very badly. I arrived home at dusk to find Rhonda on my deck attempting to stain it in near darkness. Once I had a chance to examine her work, I realized that she had over-done the power washing and had raised the grain on the railings and caused many of the horizontal boards to peel. The stain had not been applied evenly because the lighting was so poor. She charged more than she had quoted because she said she had had to use 2 different chemicals to try to remove the old stain. This work was done a few years ago, before Angie's list. I should have complained to them or the BBB but I never bothered. However, they are still in business and I have just spent 3 weekends of my time trying to fix the damage she did in one afternoon.
