It was a complicated project and DL Boyd was fantastic from the get-go. I would absolutely hire them again and plan to (if needed). The estimator showed up when promised and delivered the proposal with a reasonable time-frame. The pricing was high but fair for the work. It was a difficult project with a lot of different parts and with DL Boyd you get what you pay for. I wanted the job done right and the crew at DL Boyd were attentive to my needs and took the extra steps to make sure I was happy. I am a first time home-buyer in the city and have had mixed luck with contractors, but I can say with confidence these guys are the real deal

The two workers who performed the work did an exceptional job! When the time left there was virtually nothing needing sanding. The little bit to be done in was happy to do myself. The owner himself called and when I said I was willing to do the little sanding myself he immediately scheduled to have some come out to finish the work! I was very impressed by the owner's action as well as the final product! Job well done!

They came out to replace my tile in the shower area, then they replaced the pipes that goes to the shower. The grout needed filled in and they did that as well, and after all the work was done they had to fix the plaster on the walls around the piping.
