small appliance repair
+ -1 moreThe end result of this interaction with Cool Guys is horrible. I had them come to my home about 4 mos ago because our dryer stopped working. The dryer was 'fixed' with the replacement of parts and here we are with the same exact problem several months later. Only issue now is I can't get a return call--I've tried multiple times and the last message to them was that I'd be posting a negative review on Angie's List. Still no return call...COOL GUYs aren't that cool. Avoid Cool Guys like the plague; not worth the time or effort because they really don't care about their reputation.
Description of Work: I had Cool Guys come in to fix a dryer that had stopped working.
