BUG BEE GONE PEST & TERMITE CONTROL INC

When we bought our house, the termite report showed "mud tunnels" on the concrete foundation wall under the deck. The area was treated at the seller's expense and we were given a renewable warranty. Eleven months later, I called Bugs Bee Gone to request an inspection and to find out how we could renew. The man who answered the phone remembered our house and promised to come out in a few days. He never showed or returned any of our subsequent phone calls, so we went with another company. Oddly enough, 6 months later, we received a bill and a "reminder" that it was time to renew, even though our calls had been ignored and the warranty had clearly expired.
