 + -1 moreMY TV WAS PICKED UP AND RETURNED TO MY CAR. ORIGINAL REPAIR WAS NOT CORRECT. WORK WAS REDONE PROMPTLY WITH NO ARGUMENT. THEIR MANNER WAS RESPECTFUL AND POLITE.
Description of Work: TV FAILED TO GIVE CONSISTENT PICTURE AND SOUND. MR. TUTKO WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE BUT I WENT TO HIS SHOP. IT WAS CLEAN AND NEAT.

 + -1 moreWE DELIVERED THE TV TO THE SHOP AND WAS TREATED WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ASKED THAT THEY CALL US ON THE COST OF THE REPAIR PRIOR TO REPAIRING THE TV. THEY DID CALL AND WE DID INSTRUCT THEM TO REPAIR THE TV. WE WERE THEN CALLED WHEN THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THIS WAS UNDER THE NAME OF NEAL YOUNG INVOICE 17857.
Description of Work: PICTURE ON A 13 INCH MAGNAVOX TV NO LONGER WORKED. I HAD THE REPAIR SHOP CHECK TO SEE IF THE TV WAS IN THEIR OPINION ABLE TO BE REPAIRED.
