I called to have my tank cleaned and Jim came the next day. Since this is the first time I've lived in a house with a septic tank, I had several questions and he was very helpful in answering them for me. I will be calling him again the next time I need my tank cleaned.

Their service was outstanding. They were so professional, prompt, and courteous. They are the only company that I will call when I want service on my septic. I think their prices might be a little bit higher than anyone else, but they truly do pump out my septic tank.

Came the next day after I called. Very prompt. A father and two young boys. His son's I think. They were both school age and were probably off from school for the summer and riding with dad. The youngest from the two boy's (about 8-9) didn't do any manual labor but just stood back an observed. I think he's going to make a good supervisor someday. The older boy (about 12-13) did a lot of the work. Can see him following in the family business someday. Dad took over the work only when needed. Overall a great experience watching the two, I mean three, working together. Oh, by the way, the septic was pumped. They did a very good job. I will definitely call them when I need my tank pumped the next time. I think I'll make sure my next tank cleaning is during the summer when the boys are off from school.
