 + -1 moreGood service from start to finish, especially with regard to the damaged Lazy Boy chair.
Description of Work: We had ordered a Lazy Boy chair upholstered in a particular material. When it arrived, my wife noticed several minor problems with the chair. We called Wolf Furniture and they agreed to send a man out to look at the chair. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time to look at the chair. The representative agreed that the chair was not in the proper condition for a brand new chair. He offered to reorder the chair from the factory. When it arrives we were given a choice to select the one which was in the best condition. We thought that their offer to provide us with a new chair was good PR for Wolf Furniture. We had bought other furniture which was delivered exactly when we were told to expect it.

 + -1 moreShopping experience was tiring but Wolf's representative was most patient and helpful. Also, no nonsense. Wolf delivered as promised and when there was a problem with installation, sent mechanics to fix the problem promptly at no further cost. Other sales people were authorized to solve our problem even though our salesperson was unavailable. That is true company service in depth.
Description of Work: After much shopping for matching headboards, Wolf provided qualities products. We also purchased a bedroom chest from Wolf. Wolf has quality furniture at a reasonable price. This furniture is not cheap; but it's price matches its value.
