Wired Technologies

Matt Biser is certainly a piece of work. If he has a fault, it is that he is too friendly and too anxious to tell you about the latest technology. Personally, I like that. He is genuinely enthusiastic about his product and committed to quality installation and service. I have never had a problem contacting him at any time of the day. He always gets back to me quickly and has been able to resolve the minor technical problems that have arisen. Let's face it, with "smart home" technology and increasing dependence on the internet for not only our communications but music and video also, integrating all of these data sources inevitably leads to technical issues. Biser has been right on top of this, at least in my case.
Wired Technologies is a young company, but it is growing rapidly and their product is of exceptionally high quality. Biser's motto is: "not just state of the art, but a work of art". This is true!  i have a relatively large television mounted on the wall in my "great room". It has a cable box and a blu-ray DVD player connected to it, but you can't even see those components--they are fastened to the back of the TV out of site. Matt is flexible in some ways--I won't talk about that here because I don't want to compromise his business angle. I'll just say that he was willing to let me purchase some of the audio components myself if his company didn't offer them.
In summary, I give Wired Technologies my highest recommendation. Matt works harder than anyone I know, and he is not satisfied until the customer is. I would definitely hire him again. In fact, I have come back to Wired Tech for additional services, such as the media bridge mentioned above. Sometimes it takes a while to get things working (this is cutting-edge technology, after all), but Matt never disappoints. You won't be disappointed either. Wired Tech is not inexpensive, but it is definitely a good value for the products and service, plus the flexibility they have to work with you.
