V&V was the only company in the area who was authorized to perform warranty service on my Sundance Spa. At first Lou Vitulli was very nice and accomodating. Very quickly, however, he because completely unreasonable - he wanted to come to my house whenever his schedule suited him (not me), and started changing his mind about prices, ordering parts, etc. I complained to Sundance about him and their response was "...this company is an independent company, they are not a franchise of Jacuzzi [Jacuzzi owns Sundance], however we can accept customer complaints"! At the end of my experience with V&V, the absolute minimum was done to fulfill the most literal definition of work authorized under the warranty AND my hot tub was unusable because it was no longer safely hooked up to the electrical outlet and no longer on the concrete pad from which it had been moved. I am now searching for a competent spa service company.
