Overall, very well, although it took two tries to finish the job properly. Originally the new pump was installed with a temperature-controlled on/off switch but it turned out that that was not workable for the configuration of my plumbing. Therefore, a programmable timer had to be installed instead. This was very straightforward and did not involve additional plumbing. Instead it was simply a matter of swapping out the temperature module wired to the pump with a timer module.

We have used TrI-State Plumbing for all of our plumbing work for the past 15+ years. We have always been very pleased with the work completed. Also work area cleaned up afterwards - very neat.

Tri-State service was outstanding. The scheduled the appointment the same day, arrived on time and repaired a toilet at a very reasonable price.

We needed a leaking tub faucet repaired and the tub drain cleared. The customer service was great, the plumber was on time and very professional. The repairs were completed promptly and right the first time. I will definitely call Tri-State Plumbing again the next time I have any pluming issues.

He told me he would call back to schedule a time but never did call.
I had to call the company which reached out to the service provider.
He got back to me the next day.

The tub needed to be regroutedvbut the real problem was a poorly hung shower door and cracked grout in the floor/ tub area.

Called after another company(neighbor recommended) said they could not make it at all and called us back as an afterthought with referral to Tri-State. We had never used any plumber in this area so we felt very hesitant. We checked Tri-State and found they had great reviews on Angie's, so we called. They were totally professional from answering our call to coming later the same day and taking care of our problem. Our technician (Eric) was super nice and professional and very knowledgeable. He was pretty sure he had figured out the problem from our descriptions of what had happened before he began to service the hot water tank. He checked it out, fixed the problem he had already surmised, we paid (first time customers only) and he was on his way. They will be who we call for any plumbing or heating problems.

Tri-State is a family-run company with a deservedly good reputation for customer service and quality work. Because they are so good it can take a while for someone to come out, but not unreasonably long. The plumbers are clean, polite and professional, and they work quickly and neatly. I am very grateful to have Tri-State in our area.
