"Here at Supreme Plumbing, we have a flat rate price book. In most cases, the customer knows the price up front before any commencement of work. As far as this customer, I'm not sure since the work was done over 6 years ago. Its disappointing how once again, a previous neighbor, finds need to give me a poor rating online. In regards to the price that we charged, I have no record the price $2,100 that the customer indicated. I have a copy of the invoice. The invoice # is 1203. The description is "replace tub and shower diverter". The total cost is $450. That is the only record of work that I show for this customer. This work requires a complete replacement of the tub and shower faucet. This includes the diverter rough in valve behind the wall as well as new fixtures on the inside of the bathtub. Materials and labor are also included in this price. I would hope that anybody that I do work for, for any reason, is unsatisfied, to please come to me to resolve any issues or conflict. I'm a reasonable person. I do my best to be true and honest in all I do, not only in my personal life, but business as well. This is a business, not a game! I have a responsibility to provide for my family and I take it very serious. Most people are not in business to provide a free service or to discount every friend or neighbor. When we are called to provide a service, we make a personal commitment to be as professional as possible and to be competitive in our pricing."
