They were prompt, they did a very thorough job, when they cleaned they cleaned the entire house except for the kitchen. I was happy with the services when they left, they did a good job! I will definitely use them again!

They didn’t get it cleaned very well and I wasn’t very happy. The spots were coming back. I wouldn’t recommend them. I would try someone different. They responded the same day I called. They came within the time frame they gave me. The two guys who came here were professional.

Two gentlemen, punctual, friendly, did a great job. They even moved the furniture! The quote I was given was $120. Even though I thought this was a little high for one room, I wanted to give them a try. Well, when the work was done they only except credit card or cash, no checks, which I wasn't told up front, and the man was surprised that my quote was ONLY $120 because they had to come from Martinsburg, WV and I live in PA and it SHOULD have been $220 because there is an extra charge when they travel farther. Can you imagine paying $220 to have one carpet cleaned. And, even though there was no extra charge, I was disappointed because I can't use them again. So be sure you know the price before they come.

It was pretty good overall. One time we had a problem and they did resolve it. Their service was okay, they did fine.
