They offer a senior's discount. It went well- the staff were very kind, they have always been that way. My son says they treat me like a queen. They never do anything without talking to you first and telling you what needs to be done now, or what can wait a while. They are forthright, upfront - no secrets.

For the most part they seemed to do pretty good job of servicing my vehicle, but at cost. They gave me an $ 800 repair estimate for cleaning up carbon build up on cylinders. To clean the carbon build up, they say it was mostly a intensive labor cost in addition to 60K mile service charge. I refused the service and they charge me for the diagnotic fee along with 60K mile service cost. The car is running fine so far but I got the warning (scare) on what could happen soon if I don't take care of the problem. It's been over 6 month since then. Service advisors seem to be honest and straight forward though.

We got a great price on the car due to slow sales and manufacturer's incentives. The saleslady was very well informed, and she had us in the car and driving off within about two hours. She demonstrated features and offered to follow us to the gas station to fill up after we bought it. We have been very pleased with the car in the years since.

The work was done well and for the price mentioned. However, after they did the work on my car it was suggested I needed new rotors and brakes for like $450. I had someone else look at it and they said they were fine for now and that I could have it done for less than $200.

I arrived early for my appointment but that wasn't a problem because there were no cars in the area. I had to roll down my window and summon a service writer to ask where he wanted me to go because no one seemed to know that I was there! They all had their backs to me! I got someone's attention and he checked me in. I'd made an appointment so he knew why I was there.
I got a call that my car was ready and I think it was before the appointment time! When I went in to get the car, I went to the window. No one was there, but I recognized the woman who should have been there chatting with the guys. If it was lunchtime, I think they wouldn't have been hanging around the garage. I went over to get her. She gave me the keys and I was able to get out without incident. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he confirmed that the work had to be done and that the price was probably right, though they would have charged about twice as much for the oil change I also needed and I had coupons for my regular place that saved me about $40.
I'd say that they weren't very busy and their lack of customer service might be the reason. I'd only use them for work that has to be done by the dealership.

I visited the business in 2009 looking for a fairly new used Subaru Forester, so I could trade in my 10-year-old Subaru Legacy. The salesman was very helpful. He found two for me to testdrive and let me take the one I liked home to drive over the weekend. When I decided to buy the car, the business gave me a trade-in that was a little more than I had been expecting. The car was one year old, so I still had a bumper-to-bumper coverage. Sometime later, a problem developed in the suspension. The service department was very co-operative with working on the problem and fixed it at no charge to me. The service department has always been helpful with subsequent service over the past 3 years that I have owned the car.

Had used them in the past on a major job when a SUV ran a red light and did 11500.00 to my car. So I went back on a small job which ended up costing me 3000.00 and after talking to several other shops after the work was done found they way over charged for the work. Was told it was going to take at least a week to do the work, I dropped the car off on Monday and picked up a free loaner (which was a reason I went with them) stopped by on tuesday to get something out of the car and they had not started on it by noon then on thursday they said they were done. So in 2.5 days they were done and charged for a week. When I got it home and looked over the job found the hood and front fender out of line. I can say by this time I was a bit mad and decided it would be better to fix these things myself instead of going off on the service rep who must get paid on commision and will never let them work on another car for me. I have used Mace with much better results.
