The house cleaning was a little difficult to schedule, there were several changes after the initial scheduling. On the day of the cleaning, the housekeeper did an ok job. The house was clean when she left, but I did have to go after her and re-clean the bathroom sinks and toilet. It was very inconsistent. She did a great job in the kitchen and the bathtub, but the rest of the bathroom needed attention after she left. I don't hire house cleaners very often, and I won't be hiring this one again. It's a rare treat for me to have someone come in and help but I didn't really feel like it was a good return on the investment.

"The Royal Flush Cleaning crew cleaned a large 4 bedroom family home with 41 windows. This customer said that she was satisfied with the cleaning except for a few windows and the foyer. I returned with the supervisor, and re-cleaned those areas, confirming that all was completed satisfactorily. There had been contractors performing services while we did the move-in cleaning. Ms. Aziz had instructed the crew leader to work around her other work crew. Our crew did not have control over the environment to maintain the cleanliness of the original work. Since we were asked to perform the cleaning during the move-in, we were not sure at what point she had an opportunity to check our work and what activity may have happened with other contractors during that interim. Royal Flush Cleaning makes every effort to provide excellent cleaning and satisfaction for all our customers. As anyone can see from our long series of "A" reports, we work with integrity and pride. ."

The job was very large so the two workers weren't able to complete the job for the agreed upon 4 hours of labor, but for those four hours they did an excellent job. The arrived slightly early, worked throughout the entire time without taking a single break and worked efficiently. I was very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn clean-up.
