My initial phone call to Roto-Rooter was at 9:00 am. My call was answered courteously and after some back and forth-ing about the details of the problem, I was told a technician would arrive by 11:00 am. At 9:30 I received a phone call informing me the technician was on his way. At 10:45, I received another call to let me know the technician got caught in some traffic, but would arrive in about half an hour. Which he did. The technician, Jamal (1535), was polite, easy to work with, and made everything appear effortless. In very little time, the sewer line was clear and everything was cleaned up. This was the best experience I have ever had with Roto-Rooter.
