 + -1 morewe had the intire unit repainted all the old carpets removed,all the trash removed,they painted the whole 3 bedroom unit replaced 4 rooms of carpet an padding,installed new laminate hardwood flooring in kitchen,an a whole list of smaller things that needed to be done,then they cleaned from top to bottom.
Description of Work: we own a rental property in hagerstown md an had just evicted a tenant who had done severe damage to our unit,we called a bunch of different contractors,a friend recomended rob campanelli of r-n-s handyman here in hagerstown,we called an set up an apt. for the next day at four,he was there a few min early an we did a free walk through an discussed our plans an budget,rob was super knowledgeable about every phase of our project an inserted his ideas that ended up saving us alot of money,we agreed on a price an start date,this comp is lic,an insured we checked,they started on the day we agreed an finished a whole day early,the work surpassed our expectations,an we have new tenants in this unit,all i know is we will be calling r-n-s handyman for all our future home improvement needs.
